The company Santé Network s.r.o. was established for need and an effort to incorporate handicapped back to work and meet their little bit more complicated needs in the field of job market.
Thanks to more than 10 years of experience of the Sante companies in the area of Occupational Health Care (OHC) and Therapeutic Care (TC), we looked for additional opportunities for added values which we're able to offer in connection with our provided OHC and TC services. We therefore drafted a project which in this form assists in employing a person with a health impairment, and in their return to a social and professional life. Within the framework of this project, we offer health impaired persons the possibility of professional employment, in the area of organising Occupational Health Care and Therapeutic Care by telephone from their home environment.
Apart from the SANTÉ Helpline, we continuously fill highly skilled job positions with many other employees with various types of health impairments and that's why with our health impaired staff we try to do our utmost, and create for them such working conditions that fully respect their health condition and working potential – the possibility to work from home, and with a workload that suits them the most.

At the present time the Santé Network employs 31 people with health impairments and physical impairments in various positions across the company, e.g . in a position as head of the analytical department, marketing specialists, contractual network specialists, and operator on the SANTÉ helpline.
We employ more than a 50 % quota of persons with a health impairment, who participate in providing selected products and services. The ratio of employees with reduced work capabilities and employees without health impairment makes it possible for us to offer selected products and services in the framework of so-called alternative performance.
We cooperate, for example, with the National Council for the Disabled, the Association of the Physically Handicapped, the civic association Asistence (Assistance) at the Jedličkově Institute, the Paraple centre, the Prosaz association, the B.P.T society, and the endowment fund for supporting employment of the impaired – the Barrier Account (Konto Bariéry).
