Organization of care in Santé is based on the below principles
- SANTÉ LINE will actively call you to a preventive examination;
- SANTÉ LINE will contact you via e-mail, telephone or SMS;
- SANTÉ LINE will plan the date and time of examinations depending on your preference and opening hours of the office in question;
- SANTÉ LINE will inform you about the necessary preparations for examination and items you need to take along;
- Upon your arrival you will be welcomed by the receptionist or nurse, who will give you basic information about the following steps and inform the doctor about your arrival;
- During the examination your doctor will give you the date and time when the results of laboratory results will be available – usually within two days, but this depends on the scope of examinations prescribed by the doctor;
- If preventive examination reveals the need for a control examination or visit to a specialist the doctor will discuss the suitable date and time with you, or alternatively you will be contacted by SANTÉ LINE;
- In case acute or therapeutic care is required it is necessary that you first contact SANTÉ LINE, which will mediate appointment for your examination.

Card care
The aim of the card system is to provide our clients with complex health care in all areas of medicine with emphasis put on respecting the individual needs of clients. The scope of care under each card is based on years of experience in the area of preventive care, medical care, but also supplemental products, such as doctors visiting patients at home, consultations with doctors or nurses, delivery of medications etc.
The included services also respect the most recent trends in all areas of medicine and changing requirements of our clients.
