Physiotherapy

Physiotherapy is an area in medicine, which focuses on the prevention, diagnostics and treatment of functional disorders of the motor apparatus.

  • Using movement and other physiotherapeutic means we can target other functions as well, including mental functions.
  • Optimal movement is one of the basic signs of health.
  • Physiotherapeutic diagnosis is based on own examination and assessment of patient’s con­dition; it is the outcome of clinical analysis.
  

Physiotherapeutic procedures:

  • Soft tissue techniques and mobilization techniques
  • Correction of bad posture, treatment of muscular imbalance
  • Therapy using gymballs, overballs and unstable boards
  • Exercise for strengthening pelvic floor and treatment of gynecological weakening
  • Special physiotherapeutic methods for treating functional disorders of the motor apparatus and post-traumatic and post-operative conditions – according to doctor’s recom­mendation
  • Ergonomics of working environment, movement stereotypes
  • Recommendations for auto-therapy and overall motor regime

Reflex and deep tissue massage

Kinesiological analysis:

Preparation of individual strengthening exercises for home or gym, including complex kinesiological analysis.

Rehabilitation – individual exercise

Training and instructions for correct motor stereotypes – during the day, at work, at home, while sleeping, doing sports etc., based on kinesiological analysis. Rehabilitation treatment of functional female sterility (exercise according to Mojžíšová).
