I am interested in an offered position, what should I do?
In the first place we would like to ask you for a structured resume (also cover letter if indicated in the advertisement). This step is a necessary condition for including you in the selection procedure. Based on your reaction an HR specialist will compare your profile with our requirements on the position and with other candidates. If you comply with the requirements you will be invited to a meeting in our office.
I sent you my resume, but received no reaction. Is everything alright?
We appreciate very much your interest in working for Santé Group. We would like to ask for your understanding; every day we receive a large number of applications. If you reacted to our advertisement via web interface of an internet advertisement company (e.g. jobs.cz or monster.cz) you certainly should have received e-mail confirmation that your application was included in the selection procedure. In any case if we do not contact you within 4 weeks after receiving your resume that means that other candidates were preferred for the selection procedure. Each candidate that actively participated in a selection procedure should receive email or telephone notification regarding the outcome.
Can I apply to several positions advertised by your company?
Of course, you may react to unlimited number of our advertisements. But we strongly recommend that you react only to those positions, which comply with your profile.
How will you use my personal data?
You are sending us your resume with the purpose of getting a position. We are interested in information related to your experience and skills that will allow us to compare candidates and select the best ones. Your resume is the basis for possible personal interview. Of course, the information you send us will be treated with full confidentiality and only used as long as the selection procedure runs.
Can I send my resume in physical form or deliver it in person?
Of course, we will be glad to accept your resume in any form. If you wish to deliver your resume in person please leave it in a sealed envelope at the main reception of the branch office in Prague 1, which is also the place of our HR office.
Is it possible to later advance in my carrier to a position other than the one I started on?
Santé Group hires professionals and managers via selection procedures. But we also train our own professionals and managers. Of course, we offer the possibility of professional development. Many of our colleagues started as ordinary employees and today they lead teams or oversee important projects within the holding. In the course of your employment you will always be able to get the necessary support for your personal and professional development.
