For this reason the top management of Santé s.r.o. prepared and declared this quality policy, which guarantees that managing, planning and organizing activities will be conducted in such manner that clients will experience no stress, uncertainty, reluctance or chaos.

Every employee of Santé bears responsibility for fulfilling the quality policy. The management is obliged to comply with the law and continually improve the system.

Besides the intent of the company to be the preferred employer in the area of health care the management in Santé is well aware of the fact that technology and medicine as science are constantly advancing and the management is therefore obliged to support active learning of employees and also monitor and consistently support professional education of the medical personnel.

Becoming the leader and innovator in the area of management and health care in the CR and SR; this ambitious goal means, among other things, that the management in cooperation with the employees will be constantly improving organization of work by listening to practical experience and suggestions of the employees, supporting proposals promising simplification, quality improvement and standardization of processes. Realization of improvement proposals will be evaluated on regular basis according to pre-defined criteria and put into practice in shortest possible time.
